  Is currently the senior executive of RealAmerica's Oilfield Services Division, Caspian Sea Ventures Corporation, of which he was one of the founders, and a Vice President of RealAmerica Co., CSVC's parent.

      With a 30 year career in marine construction, vessel operations and international oil and gas related business, with companies such as Ingram Contractors, International Marine Services (Dubai), Gulf International Marine Corp (Dubai) and McDermott International (Egypt), where Mr. Schroeder managed marine construction, maintenance and oilfield services. Prior to that, he served in the United States Navy in the submarine service.
